Bad service Delivery

I had ordered a cell C contract data bundle online and was scheduled for delivery and activation on Monday 18th April 2016.Due to the fact that I was working on Monday and Tuesday I told Cell C to scheduled delivery for me on Wednesday as I will then be at home where the delivery are scheduled. All well said and she (Cell C ) confirm that she will notify the Courier service namely Ram Hand to Hand Courier service in Bellville to made this adjustment. Cell C however ascertain me today that delivery will take place with the courier service <br> <br> When I was waiting till 11h00 today I decided to call the courier to follow up on delivery .<br> The Courier service just told me that they can only deliver tomorrow. This is unacceptable as I had other things to do as only to sit on a pedestal and WAIT !!! There was not one sms or email send to me from the courier service to ascertain me regarding a timeframe for delivery. Not only is it bad service but it also reflects bad on Cell C who needs to step in to rectify this problem wit Sloppy inconsiderate courier services.<br> <br> This is ridiculous for service prodirs like Cell C to be associate with companies like this.<br> <br> Felt like cancel deal.
