Bad service delivery

I set an appointment with ram for tuesday at 11H00 to recieve my package... They were asked to delever at my work adress as i have to go and work. I waited unyil 4 just yo get a call that the driver could not find my place of work. He then asked me for my residential address so he could delever there. I waited until 19H00 just yo see on my tracking order that they said i did not keep my appointment with then i have not yet recieved any other callto explain why i did noy recieve my package
