Bad service delivery

I have ordered a new contract phone through Cell C and given Cell C the correct address for delivery. 1. Phoned Ram and they had address loaded as Janandel road - not existing at all 2. They waited for authorization change of address from Cell 3. After three days my phone have not been delivered after a indicated that i need delivery before ten on Friday 24.11.2017 4. The reception at Ram also shouted at me as i shouted at her for not transferring my call to management she transferred me to their control room and by now i was very angry for not getting to the right people in the first place. 5. never use Ram hand to Hand as they are not what say they are. 6. worst courier company i have ever dealt with.
