Bad service

They keep on postponing the delivery....it's been seven days since Cape Union Mart handed them my parcel it keeps on being rerouted when I called I am given different reasons on different days....Tuesday my parcel was rerouted because it was in the wrong route....Wednesday the car broke down....Thursday the driver was late could not deliver after 5pm. ...Friday I got a call to reschedule for Monday I mean why are companies putting still so business with such *********** couriers as it's obvious they can't do what they are contracted to do....next week i am calling Cape union Mart because all I want is my parcel....they don't even deserve one star their rating is zero as they deliver zero services
