bad service
I placed an order with Rain under my husband name because i couldn't place it under my name as I've got one at home we wanted the other one for our office. The delivery came and he's not around to receive the parcel. I've spoken to a guy from consultant as his courier was reversed back to the courier company and i informed them that my husband is not around they didn't have a problem with it. this morning they called me as they were outside the building. I explained to the lady that my husband is not around i even called him in front of them they refused to leave the parcels. The funny part is that Ram delived his cellphone at soweto and he was not around after few days they delivered sim cards he was still not around. I'm his wife i even asked them to take my identity as well but they were so rude towards me the guy didn't even want to speak to my husband over the phone.
When they cancelled i received a call again from an ***. i explained to the guy he hanged up on me my question is RAM always left things thing without the owner being present.
