Bad service

I ordered a parcel which was supposed to be deliverd by Ram In 5 working days...to this day parcel still not delivered.I have called and made follow ups and tracked the parcel .They keep telling me my address was not updated of which I gave them myself ..they showed no remorse and didn't care of what I was saying .I ended up cancelling my order .The last agent Palesa called to ask why I cancelled but also was not interested in hearing my frustrations..Please treat your people and treat customers fairly ..
