Bad service
I am greatly disappointed with the service from RAM. So to deliver a router from Supersonic requires one to have an ID and a proof of residence. I did not have a proof so they didn’t deliver. What kind of nonsense is this. Very bad service from the so called follow up person from RAM

13 Feb 2024, 19:55Thank you for your reply. Now I have a invoice of the rent for the person I reside at with a copy of her ID and a letter confirming that I reside at the said address. Will that suffice together with my ID for delivery tomorrow?

I am highly disappointed with this service and I urge Supersonic to find a better Courier for their services. As for supersonic, your lines are always Jammed I can’t get through…. I need to set up my internet issues so I can work and you are playing with my work. The parcel is in polokwane and yet the courier of RAM is still waiting for authorisation from your offices. Let us be serious if we want business.

Please note as I already communicated with you that you cannot receive a parcel for RICA purposes using someone else details, I understand you might be frustrated however we have rules to follow and posting on Hellopeter is not going to fix you issues. You need to resolve the matter with Supersonic as we cannot deliver a parcel knowing very well that it will not work.

Please note as I already communicated with you that you cannot receive a parcel for RICA purposes using someone else details, I understand you might be frustrated however we have rules to follow and posting on Hellopeter is not going to fix you issues. You promised to deliver a parcel in the morning then at 5 when I call you say you were instructed by Supersonic not to deliver the parcel, but you do not have the decency to contact me and tell me of the development. If I had not called, I would be sitting in the 'dark' not having information. Kindly put your house in order otherwise your business will not survive. I am very disappointed with the conduct of both Supersonic and RAM. I informed you guys that my proof is in order but seems your driver decided to pass wrong information to say I have no valid proof of residence.
