BAD SERVICE

You really gives bad service to you clients. I phoned you customer care at 15:45 and agent phoned the driver and he confirmed that delivery will be done today (04.05.2020). It's 18:01 and no deliver has been done they rather say on the tracking we weren't available at home. I need my goods urgently.
