BAD SERVICE

I cannot believe how terrible RAM's service. I have been waiting for a parcel for over a week now and i have been tracking it on their website which updates once a day, for over 3 days the tracking info has been saying the parcel arrived from CPT and it was "out of container at OR Tambo" . Today is was out for delivery and now the delivery was unsuccessful. Firstly, you don't get any notification regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, their customer service number is never answered. It is like you just waiting in the dark hoping to receive the parcel. Now i am frustrated because i do not know where my parcel is and what is gonna happen since they say the delivery was unsuccessful. No one from the company contacted me to confirm my address or notify me about returning the parcel. I cannot believe such poor service.
