Bad service by Ram

I've had a bad, bad experience with Ram. I've upgraded and is still waiting for the ordered device. Their courier partner for Vodacom, Ram, did not want to give the device to my son because "the delivery guy is scared to loose his job if he does that." I made calls to Vodacom and Ram to make arrangements for the device to be delivered today 20.07.22 and guess what? I've been waiting the whole day and phoned Ram and guess what? They cannot promise me that the device will be delivered today. Bad service as I have made arrangements for it to be delivered today. What kind of courier service is this? I'll never use it out of my own free will. I'll also be rather surprised if someone calls me back
