Bad service bad delievery company

I was expecting a delivery yesterday 11/04/18 of which i got the sms to sat i will be getting my delievery which i never did.so around 1604pm i phoned the callcentre to find out what is going on and the driver's whereabouts the lady i spoke to was rude also said i should wait as its not yet 1700hrs.what made me more confused was when i tracked the parcel there was a comment say tjey could not delievery at the address as i was not there i dnt understand how coz the address is my work place and i kncked off at 1630pm. Another thing is if they really came dont they call when they by the gate or reception to ask me to come out of the office and collect my parcel.
