Bad Service
I've been indoors the whole day waiting for the driver. My neighbor got their parcel around 10am yesterday. Mine will be delivered in the afternoon 'cause of my surname. Can't get through to the call centre. Maybe you should upgrade your system so that we know the exact time of delivery. Now I'm sitting indoors and have errands
