BAD SERVICE

Bad service trying to get a parcel delivered for 3 days. first day they send you an sms to say it is out on delivery then you don't get the delivery and when you phone 5 times they put you on hold to find out where the delivery is and phone cuts off nobody phones you back!! Second day gets the same sms and at 16:30 you phone their driver back to say that you have driven past without stopping and he asks you if you home. phoning back and telling the driver you will be there in 10min but my wife and son is home just to tell you that Sorry I have left the area. then phoning the customer care and nothing is being done. Day three phoning early morning to make sure that the parcel will be sent out for delivery so I can make arrangements with work to be home and then you get told at 11:30 sorry the parcel is not out on delivery. Lady in customer care said that she will phone back before 12 and yet has not had any phone call from them. This is not customer service at all and will not recommend Ram couriers to anybody else. No satisfaction at all with Ram couriers!!!!! BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!
