Bad service at RAM PMB

I had ordered a sim card from Rain for internet for my kids. I had emailed *** to ask them to deliver my parcel before 12 - no reply. Then the courier guy phoned me at 14H30 and said that he had my parcel to deliver. I told him that i had already left and he said that i can collect it from the Ram office in the morning. I went there in the morning and Nico said that I cant collect the parcel due to lock down. He said that they will send it on Tuesday only. This means that my kids dont have internet the whole weekend. It is now Tuesday and when i track my delivery it has been sent back to PTA. What bad service is this!!! My tracking number is RAIN04-***9
