BAD SERVICE at IT's BEST !! WORST INFACT

Ram Couriers calls me on Wednesday the 16th and I confirm they must deliver on Thursday the 17th. Waited whole day with no contact whatsoever from them. I decide to call them and check what's the status only to be sent from pillar to post, when I want to speak to FATIEMA (responsible for Cape Town CBD Deliveries), suddenly I am told to hold on the line and supposedly calls drop. This happened at elast 6 times, like 6 damn times.

Call again and one lady confirms 1st delivery was attemped on the 10th as per their system with an sms confirmation as well as on the 15th: (2018-05-10 08:54:30 AM Outgoing SMS - Consignment has been dispatched for delivery attempt.) which never happened, let alone receiving the sms nor getting a call with regard to such until the call they gave me on the 16th.

Today the 17th the very same Fatiema is literally not available and nobody is able to inform me when did the so called "ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES" take place since they never call, nor when will the do the actual delivery, considering I am on sick leave but Opted to come to town so that they have it easy with the delivery as we agreed.

I am sooo ****ed off it's not even funny. Such and inconvenience with time and no communication.
