BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST

I bought a phone from Vodacom online and Ram was supposed to deliver on Tuesday 17 November. They called me in the morning the same day to inform me that my phone will be delivered but nothing happened. later during that day I called and was told parcel is coming. I'm phone gain later that same day was told my parcel only for delivery the next. Next day before 07h00 I got a call from ram informing me that my parcel will be delivery, I kept on calling the company but until now Thursday 03h28 my Parcel is not with me. Spoke to the whole company but no one is helping me. Even spoke to Customer Service Manager who is the same as the rest of the Staff in the company and False promises. In this company nobody understand the meaning of customer service and Value for their client. Nobody has a decency to call client to inform them if there will be a delay. It is not even 30 minutes drive from Isando to Kaalfontein but Ram takes 3 days to deliver. They all are bunch of layers and they don't take pride in their job and they don't respect their job.They don't even make notes when you speak to them because they just don't care and that is how they get paid.Tracking Number.Y***.
