Bad Service and they do not care

The driver doesnt ring bell or phone just logs non delivery. Ram Office phones to check if driver phoned me I say no, she says will see if he is still in area. Evening they logged that I was unavailable. So now I have to wait till Monday to see if the driver is in the mood to actually find my address get out of his van and ring the bell or phone me. Do the drivers actually work the whole day or just do quota of deliveries and take the rest of the day off. Also a joke trying to phone them with a previous delivery nobody answers and you get told you must email them to which nobody responds either.
