BAD SERVICE AND RUDE CALL CENTER AGENTS
Bad service, Palesa and Elona two of their agents are rude and can’t even answer questions with regards to why parcels are getting delivered in time. Supervisors or team leaders are never available to take calls and whenever you talk to them they drop your calls even when you’re the one calling them.

It appears that the delivery address on the parcel was incomplete and therefore the courier was not able to deliver.
The correct address was then taken by the courier support agent that called you to validate the delivery attempt. The address should be updated once the parcel returns back to the warehouse.
