Bad service and non-existent customer service

It seems like a wasted endeavor to contact Ram directly, and i'm rather writing this review. I was given notification of delivery this morning, and have been waiting for delivery the entire day. At 16h30 was SMS'd notification that delivery failed because nobody was home. This is frankly not true. I was not contacted when delivery was "attempted". Multiple attempts to contact customer "service" have been unsuccessful. Just as other customers have pointed out, the line rings then goes dead. This is a colossal waste of my time and money
