Bad service and giving false feed back
Ram courier services customer service is very poor and when indicating on their paperwork why the delivery is not delivered they lie. Ram courier phoned me at 15h19 on Friday the 29 Nov whereby I informed the driver that I arranged with the call centre for it to be delivered before 15h00 as I knock off at 15h00. Just to see that they say the phone rang and no one was available, yet I spoke to the driver on the phone.
Ram services is of very poor quality and I would not recommend then for anything that needs to be delivered that is urgent.
