Wait an entire day for the parcel to be delivered. Check parcel status. Try to deliver but was not available is False "Unavailable Home - No one at home.". I was the entire day home and did not receive a call or anything. Then try to contact the contact Support Centre which is not available the only the auto-response system that keeps you holding for an hour. Disgusting and Unprofessional. Annoyed Customer.
