Bad service and driver rude
The worst service ever!!!!!! They had to deliver my parcel and tell me I wrote the wrong address but the ID and numbers are correct. This is very poor service. Wouldn't recommend it anyday

19 Aug 2021, 14:08The address the driver was supposed to deliver was next to my place but he decided to leave with the parcel hence I changed my address. This is not right I explained to the driver and he was just rude and didn't want to listen to me. This is the worst service I have received from a courier

Were you advised that you will need to contact Vodacom as well to have the delivery address to the new once?
