Bad service and damaged goods.
It took Ram Couriers more than a week to deliver a certificate from Centurion to Pretoria East. Several phone calls and no shows later the certificate was delivered in a damaged condition, obviously handled carelessly by the courier. Incorrect address printed on delivery. Bad service and bad attitude from staff.
