BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM RAM DELIVERY

WAYBILL NO : K*** My parcel from Vodacom was scheduled for delivery 05/05/2022. When I had ordered the phone I explained I currently do not have an original ID I can only produce my drivers license. They indicated I need to have proof of address and recently certified ID copy it will be accepted. Courier arrived for delivery and i received and attitude from the driver who did not want to hear anything and told me without and ID I was not getting the parcel. He left with the parcel . I received a phone call from a ram agent asking if i had cancelled the parcel and I informed her what happened. She indicated they were going to deliver today and I must have a recently certified ID copy with me. I just checked on line on the status if the parcel and it is indicated as unsuccessful delivery in industria - cancelled no longer wanted. This is not the case. PLEASE CAN I URGENTLY GET ASSISTANCE TEGARDING THIS MATTER.
