Bad Service
On Tuesday I went to track my parcel where saw Ram said they send me an sms and contacted me on Monday delivery was unsuccessful while I was at home the whole day. NO PHONE CALL OR SMS. I called Ram on Thursday they promised to deliver my parcel on Friday. I went on the website they said they send an Sms and contacted me, delivery unsuccessful....Who are you sending the sms to who are you calling? Because it's definitely not Me, I was at home the whole day waiting for the parcel. So please make me understand what is going on here. The agent confirmed all my details so I honestly don't understand.

I called this morning I spoke to a gentleman Leyaam, who dropped the call in my ear. I called back spoke to Kgomotso who assisted me very well. I received an sms saying it's out for delivery today. Thank you to Kgmotso
