Bad service
2 year's ago I received the best service from RAM courier but now not so anymore,they were supposed to deliver my order on Wednesday but they couldn't get through me,I understood because I had a problem with my phone but I called them as soon as possible and they promised to deliver on Thursday but they didn't. I still understood that maybe I called to late but today I got a message that my order is out for delivery and I didn't receive it apparently the driver came but didn't find anyone and I think that's weird because our shop was open and he never called me ,the only call I got was from head office and they promised to deliver it but came 15:00 there was still nothing. I called and they said they will follow Up. Please go back to the service you had 2years back
