Bad service

Good day, I'm very disappointed in Rams as they were supposed to deliver on the 12th of May 2020 and they just logged that the client was unavailable and contact unavailable, while I was there the whole day waiting for my parcel on the specified date as per their website tracking information. No one called me or sent a massage like they were supposed to do and on top of that, I saw them driving of with my parcel, why not deliver when you were at the address???. I called 4 times there after they told me parcel would be delivered on the 14th, then the 16th and then the 18th and the last time they told me to be patient, how do I tell my son to be patient when he's birthday has passed already and he is still waiting for his gift. It's all about customer service, how do expect people to use your company or even so to say pay your salaries when you getting a bad reputation for lying about clients not being available. Still waiting for my parcel and today is the 21st May 2020.When / will you ever deliver now?
