Bad service

I had a parcel due for delivery. I was 5 km away from home and the driver said he should deliver at the address. Well, i understood and directed him since they was someone at home. He went there but didn’t deliver the parcel just because the person at home is an old person and couldn’t walk to the street where he had said he wanted them to come. What kind of service is this? This is the worst delivery service ever.
