Bad Service
I ordered things from one of the reputable shops. My orders were separated but 3 were from Cape Town. One they kept on updating that parcel not ready so it was not collected. Then when i enquired it showed that it was loaded and enroute to JHB. The following day again the same thing the parcel was loaded and being transported to JHB. So how come its not yet in JHB if it was indeed in transit since Monday the 18th evening. To date nothing has been updated.
One order was collected but never loaded just kept in their CT hub since last week Thursday the 14th. Only yesterday the status changed to being transported to JHB. Since then nothing has been updated.

Thank you for reaching out. I spoke to the store I ordered from and got my things moving yesterday. I received my parcels this morning.
My rating still remains the same coz it was a hassle to receive my parcels. However the driver who delivered was super great, we r closed but i made arrangements and he was patient and understanding.
