Bad service

I always get messages from ram claiming that they tried delivering my parcel from bash and couldn’t due to nobody being home which is false. I have never received any calls from the Ram team in regards of delivery. Their dishonest and have never tried delivering my parcel. My parcel is at the verge of being returned to the store and processing my refund because of RAM drivers being dishonest about failed delivery attempts while no delivery attempt was made Order number: B***1-01
