Bad service
Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I had a terrible experience with this courier company. My parcel was not delivered on the expected date, even though I stayed at the delivery address the whole day waiting for it. The tracking system was updated with false information, claiming that a delivery attempt was made when it clearly wasn’t. I made several follow-up calls, but each time I received vague or no helpful feedback.
As of now, my parcel is still stuck in their warehouse with no resolution in sight. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Use their services at your own risk.
