Bad Service

Please avoid using Ram.

I had my FNB connect order delivered to my postal address(for Years my brother has collected my orders, he has a copy of my ID on hand just in case). I sent my new device to this address and the Ram driver refused to give it.

He then asked if I could come from my physical address to collect it( I live far from my postal). After some back and forth and telling him that my postal address is there for this reason and my brother has a legal right to collect it for me as he is also my next of Kin, he then said an agent will reach out to me. The agent then reached out to me and after some back and forth with her and trying to explain to her the purpose of a postal address, and she kept talking over me when I was trying to explain to the point I told her to shut up and listen, and then she hung up the call.

I think its important to note I have received multiple orders from Ram at this address and my brother has collected them all. I would not reccomend them at all, and stay away from FNB Connect because they use such a trash courier service.
