BAD SERVICE
My experience with this courier service has been extremely disappointing. A package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday has still not arrived. The tracking status keeps showing “delivery attempt failed,” yet I haven’t received any calls or messages regarding the delivery. Instead, I’ve had to make countless calls myself, only to receive one excuse after another. This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating.
