Bad service

Received an sms that I have a parcel on the way at 10:26 this morning. I've been waiting for a call from the driver the whole day!!! And now when I check the tracking status it says: 17:06 RAMMobile NonDelivery - . 17:36 UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pietersburg - RAM - Misrouted.

I'm very disappointed in their service, very POOR SERVICE.

Could you please attend to this as a matter of urgent!!!!

However I reveived no phone call whatsoever and now the following log is on the tracking page:
