Bad Service

I had received a call today from RAM advising me they are 10 minutes away to my delivery address being my parents place. I reside not 10 minutes away from my parents place. I opened the house and let them in. Since they said they don't deliver at the gate. I gave them all they needed ie. Green barcode,recent proof of address out of my postbox. I was treated with such utter disrespect the courier guys telling me I don't reside there no do I know anyone there. All my correspondence and delivery have been going there for over 30 years. I'm calling CellC to cancel this upgrade.
