Bad service
I got a message yesterday from RAM saying my parcel is out for delivery from 8am to 5pm, i canceled my trip because i was expecting them at 4h30 pm i get a call from their office telling me that their driver has already knocked off they will deliver today before 09h00 still nothing, when i call that number again i get a lady is telling me my parcel is still at the warehouse its not out yet, it will be out on Monday, i am not pleased with their service at all it sucks, i canceled my trip yesterday because it was said by RAIN that i have to receive the parcel because they have to Rica the sim card! RAM must consistent this is nonsense they said 8am to 5pm the next thing i get a call at 4h30pm to tell me they don't have time their driver knocked off! 30mins before 5pm!this is nonsense!

We will take the matter up the respective branch manager so that they can look into it and prevent it from happening in the future.
