Bad service

The driver who delivered the parcel (NETF03-***7) at my work place was very very rude. he instructed me to wait outside for my parcel. I had to wait for him outside for about 2 minutes, it's cold and drizzling. I went inside the building , when he came after 5 minutes he told me that he will give my parcel to the security outside if I do not go out. he wont wait for me because he is in a hurry. he threw my parcel on the table not caring if the parcel is fragile. I asked him if that is the way they work at RAM, he said yes, and left. This is the second time he does this. yesterday he did the same thing and he was with a woman. the guy does not know what customer services is.
