Bad service!
The driver left my 3 parcels with the security guard at the estate, marked the delivery as complete and didn't even bother calling me. He should have made the effort to call me so I could have given him an OTP to enter the estate, which is what all couriers do since we don't have direct contact with them most times.
This is laziness at it's best. Your services are literally hand-to-hand courier services and you can't even provide that.
Would RAM or the driver replace the items had they been damaged/lost, considering it wasn’t delivered to the intended recipient?!

Businesses should seriously consider using other courier companies.

Instruction to leave parcels if we cannot reach client come directly from your service providers the parcels were delivered on first attempt as they were only due to be delivered next week however due to us being in peak season we needed to deliver as soon as possible. Again we apologize for leaving your parcel with the securities.

If you're confident and can prove the driver did make an effort to contact me, please contact me privately and provide me with a screenshot of the driver's call lo for today (showing my number), up until 11:12am which is when I received the notification of the delivery being complete.

Your pathetic responses clearly show that you take no accountability, which is not surprising based on all the terrible reviews across various platforms. I'll ask again - provide me with the drivers call log showing that he attempted to call me yesterday.

we have acknowledged that the couriers were wrong to leave your parcel at the gate and we did reprimand them for doing that with any other parcel going forward that you are expecting, as communicate before suppliers give us the go ached to deliver to reception and security gates if couriers fail to get hold of the client which has never been an issue until now it did not sit well with you which will never ever happen again. We did again apologize for this and happy that both the orders have need delivered at this point we will close the case as I can't assist with anything further.
