BAD SERVICE!!!

I was expecting a parcel which I thought I will be delivered on Monday. I then got missed call from our security. I called back within 2min and I was told it was courier and they left. Mind you, I never received any communication that they are coming to deliver. I then called the head office, the guy was so rude that and was blaming me that I did not answer the phone whereby they never communicated that the driver is coming today and at what time he will come. He made me hold, called the driver and the driver said he is still in my area he is coming. I left work and drove home from 10am and its now 12pm and there is nothing still. I am disappointed that they don't respect my time and the airtime wasted trying to contact them.
