Bad service

Hi i am based in Rustenburg. I ordered a Rain sim and Ram couriers was hired to deliever my Rain order RAIN04-***1, the courier guy called me very late after 16:30 saying he has my deliever, we arranged to meet at the garage. I drove to the garage and called him , "then he told me he still busy with another client" atfer 15minutes i called the guy again and he said "is late he is knocking " and asked if i have all the nessary documents to recieve the order. I organised the documents and called him in 5minutes and tell him i have the documents. We arranged to meet at another garage and i drove to another garage, when i get there i callef the guy and he never answered my calls. Today i called him with a different number he does'nt know and answered , then i asked what happened yesterday and he told me he is busy with a client he'll grt back to me and he never did. What a bad service i am experiecing from Ram courier. I am gonna call Rain to send my order with a different courier. This delievery guy from Ram does'nt have respect for his job.
