Bad Service
Monday I called and changed delivery address for my parcels however only one changed as per agent I spoke to on Tuesday and she cancelled the deliver and changed address but even after her effort it was delivered to store.The other parcel was supposed to be delivered today but didn’t receive anything, when I check via RAM app it shows that courier attempted delivery but was unable to complete it which I don’t understand.
The is this two agent name Sivuyile and Keenan from chat their service is so bad.
If someone can call me as I need my parcel to be delivered asap
