Bad service
I called you guys on Wednesday telling you that i am only available on Friday after 1500 and yesterday i received a call from the driver telling me that he is outside with my delivery. I called again the call centre and i did call this morning again that informing you about my availability in Durban. To mu surprise at 1200 i got a call from the driver that he is outside with my delivery really guys? Improve on your communication.

Unfortunately the courier did not deliver. And i called your call centre more than 5 times and i was being cut off. Now i wont be able to get my parcel because of unprofessionalism of your company.

You will be required to order the parcel from the Rain again so that we can be able to deliver to you.
