Bad Service

I received a SMS for delivery today. I moved my docters appointment to be at home. At 4: 50 they phone confirming address when I phoned again it was 17:20. They say delivery will only take place tomorrow. I waited a whole day for my FNB order. Now I have to wait another day I hope for delivery. That is so bad Service. They say they were here. After checking with security RAM was never here. Why do they give false hope. FNB you will need to check the service of RAM.
