Bad service
Worst service ever I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 17th August before 5pm I still dont have my parcel and no ones communicating with me regarding the delay

We sincerely do apologise for the experience you had in the delayed delivery of your parcel.
Unfortunately when the vehicle was out to deliver your parcel, it was hijacked and the consignment was ****** in the scene. We have issued TFG with a lost letter for claims in terms of cover.
Please contact TFG to send you a replacement parcel in the interim of claim processes.
