BAD SERVICE!!!

While I understand the importance of accurate address information, I would like to highlight that all other details on the parcel were correct, and the misspelling on the street name should not have been a reason to withhold my parcel. This incident has caused me inconvenience and has made me question the reliability of your courier service.

I urge you to review your delivery protocols and ensure that such situations are handled more efficiently in the future to avoid inconveniencing customers unnecessarily. I trust that you will take the necessary steps.
