Bad Service
I received a missed call from the RAM Courier driver whilst I was busy on a business call at work. A woman from their offices phoned me 2 minutes after the drivers missed call and asked if they can deliver the following day because I was unreachable. I do not believe that the driver was even at my work address beacuse if he was, someone would have opened the gate for him. I told the woman if I do not get my delivery by 3pm today, I will be cancelling the order. I am still waiting for a call from the driver. Well, I'm not holding my breath. I wish that Vodacom will sign up with a more efficient courier service. Due to Ram's bad service, Vodacom may be losing a very long standing client.

She said delivery was arranged for the following day which is a blatant lie becuase I told the woman who contacted me 2 minutes after I had a missed call from the driver, that I would not be available the following day and that I had to get the delivery today by 3pm. Do these people get held accountable for their lies they put forward for non-delivery. Well, I'm still waiting for my phone call from the driver!!
