Bad service

I am waiting on Ram to collect a package from my house that should go back to cell c since 13 December. Each time i call they tell me the collection request has been closed as the driver could not get ahold of me. 4 requests has been logged and closed thys far. This is an abosolute lite as i have my phone on everyday. No one called me.i even offered to drop it off at Ram myself but they said i cant. This is extremely frustrating. When you call the call center they say one thing and when you chat with them on whatsapp that person say something different. This is really bad service. Can someone please call me asap on *** to help me. I am really annoyed. Cell C really need to get a new courier company.
