Bad service.

The worse service ever!! My husband was supposed to have a parcel delivered for an entire week to his place of work. He informed the company about his work hours and they did not pay attention. We have been calling the office but no answer " All the agents are busy" We have been trying to communicate but no communication. The driver arranged for delivery early morning before 10am due to him having to leave early and yet no delivery has been made. I am definitely not a very happy customer. No effective service at all. Will not be a choice to consider in the future
