BAD SERVICE

Ram your drivers are fantastic, but trying to get hold of your office is the worst, I have been on hold for hours, i have submitted tracking numbers, no movement on them and you cant even get to speak to a human!!! send us a mail and we will call you in an hour really I am still waiting and its been 144hrs!!! Shocking!!
