Bad Service
RAM is by far the most unprofessional courier I have dealt with thus far. K*** ... was told that they will deliver between 1pm - 3pm today. Called them at 2:45pm only to be told that the goods never left the warehouse and nobody can give me an answer. Waiting on the phone now for the 5th time to speak to a manager.
